What is the best method to make sure the mats stick to the floor and to piece them together?

You can adhere our 4' x 6' Premium Mats with double sided tape or with adhesive. For permanent installations we recommend adhesive, and for temporary installations, we recommend double-sided tape. There are two ways to install these mats in a full room. You can lay them in a brick pattern or a monolithic pattern.
