Can this be used on a roof deck and can it be laid directly over a bitumen membrane roof? Other than seam tape to I need any fasteners?

Yes, our Monterey Elite Turf Rolls can be installed over a bitumen membrane roof. Please use our double-sided seam tape for temporary installation or polyurethane adhesive for a more permanent installation.
