Can you apply this on top of existing epoxy painted garage floor?

When applying Armorclad Master Kit w/ Topcoat (2 Car Garage Kit), you will need to remove any existing paint. Once that is removed, and the floor is etched, it is also suggested to prime your floor before applying this epoxy.
