Kit Contents:

30' x 60' Bi-Colored Kit: Contains 880 Navy Blue or Red tiles (key area) and 920 Sport Green or Black tiles (outer area).

30' x 60' Single-Colored Kit: Contains 1,800 tiles.

*This sizing is the minimum recommended slab or space needed to safely accommodate a standard  20'x44' court plus the necessary apron/clearance space for players to run and hit shots safely.

Installation Instructions

1. Preparation:

   • Clean the subfloor, ensuring it is free of dirt, dust, grease, or any foreign material.

2. Tile Installation:

   • Start in one corner of the area and work your way out.
   • If installing up to a wall, ensure the female side (loops) of the tile is facing away from the wall.
   • Place the tiles in a perpendicular pattern and fill the area with whole tiles according to your predetermined size and design.
   • For edges or obstacles, measure and cut tiles using a tile cutter or table saw, leaving at least a 3/4" space for expansion and contraction.
   • Once all tiles are in place, snap in the edge pieces if purchased.

3. Game Line Application (for pre-painted kits):

   • Use painter's tape or 3M 2060 tape to outline the lines to be painted.
   • Apply a two-part polyurethane paint for the game lines.
   • Sweep away any loose dust, dirt, or debris from the tiles before painting.

  • For tougher dirt and stains, hose off or damp mop with a mild soap and water mixture.

• Maintenance Tips:

  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.

  • Store the tiles in a cool, dry place when not in use to prolong their lifespan.
